Fade in one day of full summer sun. After a week they get bleached out entirely to white. They do hold shape in rain or sun, seem thin but do the job for my overly active 8 yr old.

These served their purpose, however, as a typical five year old, my son left them out all the time. The sun faded and disintegrated them and they were easily stained by leaves or really anything that got on them. Not that aesthetics REALLY matter, which is why I gave it a three, however, as time wore on, it was hard to see where the bases were compared to the bright orange as they arrived. I realize it is also my responsibility to make sure things get picked up, but I think they faded in about a month. We threw them away so will have to purchase again next year, which I guess isn't too tragic given the price point.

These bases get the job done. The rubber is a little stiff and doesn't look like it will hold up under a lot of use.

Gets the job done if you need bases to put out. Hard to see in the dirt infield sometimes though.
