Mission: BACK@YOU supplies backpacks to the homeless filled with essentials that help them survive life on the streets. Along with those items, there is a handmade scarf, letting the recipient know that there is kindness, comfort and respect being given to them. Our goal is to make each person on the streets know that they are not invisible, they matter, and they are worthy of warmth, both literally and figuratively.
Results: Since 2014 we have distributed over 1,500 backpacks, 9,000 pairs of socks, 2,800 pairs of gloves, 1,500 fleece throws, 3,000 18-hour hand/body warmers, and 1,600 scarves handmade with love

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 500 of our homeless neighbors and several local homeless services providers.
