I used this mount primarily for the Back Rack. The typical mount kit Back Rack offers has the bolts, but cost about $100 and does not leave an even surface for mounting a toolbox. These mounts have no bolts but you can purchase them at a hardware store for around $15. It seems to have a cleaner look from the side.

Worked perfectly for my toolbox and rack set up. Just wish it came with hardware...like bolts and j hooks
