This stuff taste awesome, by far the best crystallized ginger I have ever had. It absolutely works for acid reflux and other stomach and body problems. Just 4 or 5 pieces works for me. As you can see in the picture, the average size of the individual pieces is just under a half inch. I have replaced tums and pepto with this brand. They are still a little spicy as any ginger is, but alot better then the previous ones I had bought at winco. These are awesome and I will definitely be buying them each month as I go through the bottles. Godbless

I realize the product is all organic and healthy. There is way too much crystallized sugar on each piece. The pieces are incredibly tiny and you pay a premium for organic. Again, if you believe organic cane sugar is fine, then this product is a safe choice. Not all that impressed with this very sweet and tangy ginger.

Great product, great price too. Serving size is 5. I only use 3 in my tea. I eat the ginger afterwards and it has a nice ginger spice flavor.

So Delicious to nibble, drop into hot tea, or chop and add to homemade ginger cookies. I use a few of these these chopped and mixed with vanilla protein powder, oat flour, molasses, honey and spices to make ginger protein balls. Amazing!

I use this product mainly for nausea. The anti nausea medication I have causes issues so I only use it when I have a migraine with nausea and vomiting. So if it's a mild case of nausea I use the candied ginger because it settles my tummy down pretty quickly. If you are looking for something to settle your nausea try the ginger; it really does work. I totally recommend this brand.. mind you it does have slight heat to it.. it is ginger ya know. I have my niece and my best friend on ginger now because they too battle nausea and it's natural. Give a try ...

I've used this for ginger-snap cookies - had to chop the pieces up somewhat with a mezzaluna to suit the recipe directions. Came out great; might be ordering it again soon, depending on my upcoming baking projects.

These make a great little snack, like you'd eat a tick tack. I use it for my tea as well and this is by far the best price for this product.
