I like to make gluten free ginger scones and usually get medallions and cut them up. Works great. Only problem is they have too much sugar on and in them.

Product is in my cupboard. I like the flavor, not quite the flavor I was looking for in a fried rice dish. I am on a search for a particular flavor I remember from my youth. There is something missing in ones of tried and maybe I won't find it. This one is not close enough for my taste, but is good enough to keep on hand. :)

I eat Ginger whenever I experience stomach issues, it was helpful years ago for chemo! This particular brand is very fresh and easy to eat, I love this crystallized Ginger!

All three containers that arrived were missing the plastic wrap around the top of the plastic canisters. The foil inside wasn't punctured, to it still appeared safe, but there were scratches on the foil.

Good flavor but the pieces were really small chunks. Almost like it was broken up in transport. I've had them before purchased from an “in person” store and they were larger chunks.
