Its good, solid, simple, does the job, but not elite - the instructions are horribly translated and you can tell its made in china. Does the trick though, lock wise and unlocking. But just some of the parts look generic home depot.

I bought this so I can have a ready safe next to my bedside. I needed something that can be easily accessed and this was it. The fingerprint reader quickly unlocks the safe, not only is there ease of access but it's also quiet. I recently lost my keys and contacted the seller they quickly addressed it and will be sending me another set after asking for proof of my key lock number and picture to make sure it was me. Now that's wonderful service.

I have no issues so far, set up was easy. I like the blue light; I wish it was red. I have 2 mags and 2 compacts in there. It has some weight and I like that. I Placed the instructions right under the shock for storage, you could put money under there too.To whomever may read this post, May God be with you. I have had this safe for many years and misplaced the keys. I reached out to customer service and received a reply back almost immediately. After providing some information to verify myself as the rightful owner, I was able to order a replacement set of keys for my gun safe. I want the security of having a key lock incase the biometric fails or I forget the key pad code or their is a general failure in the electronic part of the safe (although I don't suspect there will be, I have had the safe a long time). I'm appreciate the fact they were so helpful post sale. Thank you!

The fingerprint access opened with anyone and everyone's fingerprint. I had several people assist including a police officer just in case I was doing something wrong. It didn't matter how many times we re-set the safe the fingerprint option would open for anyone.

Love the safety features of this safe and really like that all I need is a fingerprint! But am thankful to have not one, but TWO backup options with the keypad and the key! Lots of functionality for bolting to the floor or shelving where you want to place it!When I had a question and has to reach out to Customer service they were very responsive and extremely helpful!

Battery powered safe, fingerprints work as well as the key or a code combo. My batteries ran out - and the safe is DOA so do not lose your keys!

Bought this safe 2 years ago for my pistol and it works great! No any issues with opening and closing the lock. It looks well-made - no any scratches or paint chipping. From the size perspective - I would say it well fits for small and mid size pistols
