Easy to setup the fingerprint reader. Live the way it opens with the shock it springs right open.

I purchased this in 2020 and have been very pleased. The safe is sturdy and well made and customer service has been great. After misplacing the manual key due to relocation, a few email exchanges and a new key is on the way! Glad to know customer service and satisfaction is still a priority!

This is a good product. I actually lost my keys to the safe and the seller sent me new keys free of charge! Great customer service!

Bought for mother for Christmas, she immediately locked everything inside the safe!!! Sent an email and got an immediate response. A few days later, we received a new set of keys free of charge to open the safe. It's now set up and she loves how easy it is to open. Excellent product and greater customer service!

This was bought for a family member. Make sure the fingerprints are stored and programmed correctly. If it's not programmed, any fingerprint will open this safe. Family member thought it was programmed until someone else touched the fingerprint pad and it opened. Just verify the safe is programmed. No complaints here at all, just a heads up.

I saw a lot of reviews here saying any fingerprint opened it. That's true until you program it. As long as you follow the instructions with programming it only opens for the fingerprint you programmed. It opens and closes pretty quiet as well. There is a little sound when opening because of the automatic open, but not too loud where someone in another room could here it. It isn't very thick so if you're looking for something heavy duty this wouldn't be it, but for my needs it was perfect.

Love the fact that you can see what you're doing in the dark (with its interior light). I also really appreciate its quiet opening - my other safe beeps when opening.However, if you're like me and have very hard-to-read fingerprints, you'll have to rely on the 4-digit combination to get into the safe quickly.

Easy to setup multiple fingerprints. Safe fits nicely in bedside drawer and is very sturdy. Light inside is nice and the safe is large inside. Happy with the purchase overall.

I personally think this is a very great product for thr price. Using it for a bedside. I see alot of people saying that the finger print doesn't work. Once you follow thr directions on setting up your finger print it works great. Great product overall for a single or maybe two small arms.
