Bak Industries 39701 Revolver X2 2020 Jeep Gladiator 5'

The installation instructions and description of the hardware is greatly lacking as others have said. You would think that after years of the same complaints, they would fix this issue. Also there is so much hardware you do not need that until you figure it out or watch youtube you are kind of loss. After you have the hardware figured out it fairly easy provided you have the right tools that are not included.

Installation was a lot less stress than what I thought it was going to be went on very well. We are very happy.

The cover went on pretty easy ands fits perfectly on the 2922 Jeep Gladiator. I like that's it's metal for durability and rolls up easy to get out of the way.

UPDATE: Took a few weeks, but finally heard back from customer service who ended up being quite helpful. A new cover was sent which I installed myself (fairly simple process, took less than 15 minutes or so) and so far it looks good. Hoping this one doesn't develop the same issues as the old one but for now I'm a much happier customer!-----I purchased this cover for my 2019 Ford Ranger from a local dealer earlier this year and was initially quite pleased (aside from the price which seemed a bit excessive, but I was willing to give it a shot). The cover looked to be of decent quality and I liked the fact that I could still use almost my entire bed by rolling up the cover (which only takes a few seconds).Unfortunately after only about 4 months, the cover started to stick up in numerous places (and seemingly can't be popped back into place), the fabric has ripped and one of the aluminum slats has completely broken/detached itself. Water now gets into the bed easily, the cover looks awful and BAK's customer service has been extremely slow to reply about any help getting this replaced under warranty (been over 2 weeks and still waiting to get any sort of answer). I'm still hopeful that it can be covered and the next one will work out better, but until then I cannot at all recommend this product.

If it is your fist time assembling this item. Give yourself the patience and time. Also watch some videos on YouTube. Might need to buy some extra screws to replace some that come with item. Other than that I love it.Very well built. A little pricey but worth every cent.
