Will always buy these but they are not water proof and depending on your f250 bed if you have a spray in Berliner or plastic liner you may have to mod some to get it to sit flat on the truck and put it in the sun

Honestly save your money, there are better cover's out there for just $300-$400 more.It has major quality issues, it arrived with a small dent and of course it's on the visible top side. The pull latches sometimes stick forcing you to reach and engage opposite side pull latch (not ideal in an 8' bed) it unfortunately just feels like a guaranteed piece of crap for 5 years. I would love to hear from them just how to repair the dent and failing pull latch under warranty?

Installation was straight forward and only took about an hour. Looks great and easy to open and close. It's not 100 waterproof in a heavy rain but I never expected it to be. I'll get another one for my next truck.
