The cover is great. But it did not come with the hardware I needed for the buckles towards the cad. I tried getting a hold of the company and have not heard back. I had to go to Home Depot to find something that would work.

Easy to install and besides a unfinished, non sanded guide at the tailgate end the X4 looks great. You would think for our cost the end product would be completely finished

Was easy to install and works really well. Nice and satisfying seal and look. Should probably look up a video on how to install and confirmation on all the parts as the written instructions can be a little confusing. Not very difficult at all though. I would heavily recommend using vice grips or having a second set of hand when installing the rail system.

Fits perfectly, takes a few hours to install if your first timer, easy to use, doesn't stickup above bed line which looks awesome! Highly recommend.

Easy to install had in in about39 minutes after it arrived. Metal on top is a little soft, dropped a couple things seemed to dent easily, but kept the water out and was easy to unfold. Bought a truck cap and tried to sell on FB still waiting after about 3 months. Resale is not real good.

Simple instructions easy to follow. I had to trim both rails approximately 1/2” due to having a drop in bed liner. Not a big deal but it had to be done in order for the tail gate to close. These are the best bed covers on the market. Worth the extra money.

Even thought the description says it doesn't obstruct the 3rd brake light, it definitely obstructs the bed camera if your truck comes equipped with one. Super easy to install though. Took a couple hours to do by myself. I already had a bed rug and I ran the drain tubes on the outside and through the bed plugs.

I studied all the options and different types of covers and very pleased with my decision to buy this one. Easy to install. Looks and works great. Good quality and design. I highly recommend it.

If you need to access your truck bed regularly, it will fail. The metal hinges separate and then it's all over. Do not buy.

I really like my Bakflip Tonneau cover. My truck came with a soft roll up; and while it served the same purpose, it didn't look or function as nicely as this flipping hardcover. I really enjoy opening the cover and am always looking for a reason to do it as opposed to avoiding it with the previous soft cover. Installation was a breeze and cover came pretty well protected in its box. I did however notice some cosmetic blemishes to the rails which probably came off the line that way, but none of them were major enough to send back the cover. After 3 months of usage, I'm sold.

It is a bit heavy 60-70 to get up on the rails, so take it easy, maybe one end up at a time. Read the directions thoroughly at each step. Took a moment or two to make sense of what part or edge was being shown. Make sure left and right rail clamps are up snug under the rails at 10ft-lbs of torque (10 of force 1 foot out on your socket wrench handle, or 20 of force 6 out on a handle, if you think you know your own strength! I went for that firm feeling). After slipping the hold down bolts into the plastic slots under the front section of the cover, carefully align the front edge of the vinyl cover with the end of the rails at the front of the bed, as closely as possible (but knobs underneath slightly loose until perfect). I think that will help with overall alignment. There is supposed to be a 1/8 gap from the outside of the rail grooves. Knobs were very hard to tighten by hand, but I think I have them tight enough (bolt is tight going thru captured nut of the plastic knobs). If the cover or rails are not fitting right, do not force or modify, talk to BAK to see if numbers match or your specific issue. Went on our 2022 F-150 Lightning fairly easily as the parts fit well. Ford's bed has to be just right as well, so kudos to them.

I've owned several of these on both F-150 and f250s and have been very pleased with them.

I had a Gator tri-fold hard cover on my last truck and when I traded it in I bought this cover for the new truck based on feedback and a friend that had one. Wow, are these bed covers are made well. They work great and they're very well designed. They sit flush with the top of the bed and look great! They don't let a drop of water inside the bed even after a car wash. I would definitely recommend these over any others I've seen out there.

My husband who is over 70 and I installed the BakFlip MX4 on our new Ford 150 truck in about an hour. Easy peasy and saved over a hundred dollars doing it ourselves.

The process of installing was very quick and easy. I watched a YouTube video and it walked through every step. Have had it on for about 3 months now and it has been great.
