The one we had went with the rv when we sold it. Have missed this hook as our roof vents in our new motorhome are way out of reach. Finally found this one. My only complaint is how expensive it is. But if you're vertically challenged as we are, this is the solution. I would definitely recommend.

Hand grip isnt tight, slips when you try to open or close the vent. I put some gorilla glue inside of the grip, and works fine. A little overpriced for what it is, but saved me the time of making one up myself.

Factory did not offer this but I'm glad I found this and has been helpful. Don't have to stand on the toilet to open the vent. Just grab the hook, connect it and twist.

My wife keeps thanking me for finding this item. It works well and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than installing a new fan unit with remote controls.

I love this thing! Makes opening the vents in my fifth wheel easy to do. And it's a great back up in case my powered fan hood stops and I want to open it.

Had difficulty removing the old vent handle from a Ventline standard vent with no fan or power. But once installed this handle is easy to operate.Only gripe is the red protective cover on hook won't stay on and being silicone glue won't work.

This is just what the doctor ordered for my wife to easily open the bathroom vent. She loves it, as she can't lift her arms high due to rotary cuff injury to open vents. This allows her to keep arms down and open vent with ease.
