This is one bright light. I use it in my bike shop and it's great. Very durable and light and slim.

Nice light but it's a bit short on battery life IMO. I've had mine for over a year now and love it to work under dashboards in cars and other tight spaces. It's very bright for about a half hour but starts to go down hill after that. If it had longer battery life, I would rate it 5 stars. It's been dropped several times and still works fine. Overall I like it.

I have the smaller version of this and I loved it. The battery lasted forever and it has wonderful brightness. When I bought this larger version I thought I was going to be very happy. I was wrong. It is a bit large and bulky, which I can get over. But what I cant get over is the battery life. Not very good at all. It is bright but not a great deal brighter that is little brother. In my opinion I would recommend the smaller version of this and save a few bucks while you are at it.

Awesome bright light. I bought the smaller one also as a back up. Walmart sells them cheaper. I would Rec.

The light is a perfect work light. It is bright and the magnets on it are very convenient. Myself being a HVAC tech, the magnets hold the light on a door while I am working on a Air Handler or Rooftop unit. The light being rechargeable, it is ready to go when you need it. I recommend this light for every tool box.

I use this light in a auto garage and the light it emits is bright with good spill. I'm able to spot light it tight spaces and a feature that isn't highlighted is the spotlight on the bottom. I really like the two magnets that are on it that I use to mount underneath the vehicle while working. The light runs for about 5 hours a day and still has battery life. Hands down best light tool I have ever used.

My husband is a mechanic and had a light similar to this one that no longer worked. He really likes this light with the extra strong magnets and multiple ways to hang and the added light on the bottom was a plus. This light is very bright and holds it's charge.

I purchased this light because I wanted a work light with out a cord. It is bright but not as bright as others made it sound. I have only charged it 3 times and so far the real work time is at most 2 hours but they do say that it takes a number of recharges be for the battery reaches full capacity. I hope they are right. For the money it's an ok deal if the battery ever reaches full capacity! The magnets are good enough but once again not as strong as some say they are.

Pros. The main light output is very bright. Magnets are strong enough to stay put even while driving bouncing down the road. It seems to be fairly durable although I haven't dropped it from more than waist high.Cons. Very shortly after purchasing, the battery light wouldn't go green indicating charged. Emails to bayco went unanswered. Ive continued using it for over a year after this. The "flashlight" part in the handle is a joke. The little magnetic hook dissapeared, my fault. The battery won't make it if I use it all day long.Overall, I'd say it's decent. It did come with a car charger, which was important to me. If I were to lose or break it, I'd look for something else.

If it were a bit brighter, I'd give it 5 stars. I was laying dark laminate flooring, and the room light is poor, and it was night time. I got this out to help me see the joints so I could properly stagger them, and it did that but it did not light up the corner of the room light an incandescent drop light would. That being said, it doesn't get as hot, and will likely last much longer.

My friends garage had purchased this, so I used it a bunch of times over there. Dropped it a crapload of times. Still kept working and very bright. So i ordered one for myself to use at work. The magnets are really strong- i found myself being able to hang it from anything metal very easily. Its made very well and i know firsthand that it lasts.

This light is very bright! The value is great and it lasts a long time between charges. The magnets are great for keeping it in place.

The magnets are powerful and so is the light. Hardly ever needs re charged. Have driven halfway across Texas with it stuck to the underside of a truck hood. This light looks weird but its bad ass. Everyone who sees mine in person is awed.

Even after a full charge, the full brightness last maybe 10mins to 15mins. Then it starts to dim. Switched it off and use it again, the full brightness comes on for just a while and starts dimming again.The magnetic attachments are useful for sticking to metallic surfaces. Works for the price.

I would highly recommend this light. It is durable.very bright. it fits into tight places.overall it is the best cordless light I have ever had and I have had them all.the only drawback is the battery doesn't last long.

I purchased this light for use in an automotive setting. I really liked the idea of a rechargeable light that was bright and would make my life easier. i work indoors where its decently lit, but hard to see inside engine bays and underdash work.The light did not light up the engine bay area like other reveiwers have stated. There is no way that you could use this in place of a full size tube light (the type that is approx 5 ft ling and goes across the hood). About the only thing it is good for is doing tight work like radiator trans lines or timing belts where you need/can stab the light right next to where you are working. Even then, its a pain because the light isnt bright and it can't grab onto anything. Its hard to line up in the correct position for underdash work. When laying on its side it doesn't give a good flood pattern.Maybe if you needed this for working under the sink @ home or if it was for very small projects where a flashlight wouldn't work, it might be ok. The battery life seems decent, but then again the battery lasts because I cant use it. I wouldn't buy this if your a mechanic.

compact,lightweight & bright Hopefully rechargable battery will take a full charge and have a long life. better than what I saw at Walmart

This light has very bright LEDs along the upper part, which give enough light to light a room when the power goes out or if you don't want to turn on the electric lights. The bottom end also serves as a flashlight, but the beam from this is a bit diffuse to be really effective as a flashlight. Overall, though, this is a product worth owning.

This works exactly like its supposed to. Its very bright and does whats its supposed to. The magnets are strong to keep it in place. I've only used it for a few months now and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Great shop light when working in an engine bay or under a car. Flashlight feature is also great. Super Bright, strong magnet holds the light to any steel/iron (hood, etc.). Hook works like a charm too. Definately Recommend.
