Nice quality light, much brighter than the 60 led that we previously had. That one simply stopped working, so I looked to buy another. So far no problems with this one. My husband really likes that it can stand up on its own & the magnetic hook can be used to hang the light vertically or horizontally. Nice light.

I bought this for working on the cars but we're so impressed with it that we'll get one for the house, too. The 'flashlight' is good and works pretty much as you'd expect but the grid light portion is awesome. It throws a soft wide beam that is really, really bright. If you follow the instructions on maximizing the battery, the grid light works at top output for somewhat over four hours but is still emitting light *8* hours later. The magnetic attachments are shear genius and very practical, not just a sales point. The unit weighs next to nothing and with its long slender shape, it fits down in between tight spaces where a flashlight just can't go. The charging unit cannot over charge the batteries, unlike many competitors' lights.

I used the light for some DIY auto repair. It's very useful to work at night with no ambient light. For the first touch the plastic body feels not sturdy enough to survive an accidental drop to the floor, I hope it's stronger than it looks. The light is very bright, feels like a flash used on my camera, it can illuminate the work area well. The two magnetic hook holders are smart addition, however, I noticed an unexpected phenomena: they collected all the dust (probably because I worked on the brake and all parts around are covered with fine ferromagnetic particles dust), so the magnetized dust covered both of the magnets on the light as well the magnetic hook. And they practically impossible to clean. I tried it several different ways, wet tissues, tap water, but there's no way to remove all the dust from it, because the magnets are very strong and keep the fine dust.Ok, it's just a minor issue and doesn't effect the function.Since I didn't use it for long time, I can't rate the battery but it seems quite good so far.

I bought one of these to try in our (non-commercial) auto shop, because of the cordless feature. We've had it for several months and my guys LOVE it! Now I'm getting one for each building we maintain. The light bar is so bright you really cannot look at it when it's on. The flashlight feature in the bottom of the handle is very useful. The hook is held onto the end of the unit by a VERY powerful magnet: the hook can be repositioned to the side to suspend the light horizontally--great for lighting the top of an engine compartment, etc.Hopefully the rechargable batteries are long lasting (I'm not sure if they can be replaced?). I really don't have anything bad to say about the light--I'm rather impressed with the brightness, and the with the flexibility of the flashlight and the hook arrangement.

I never heard of Bayco flashlights before until my son got one for Christmas. I ended up buying two different lights and they beat anything I've ever used hands down. When I compared this light with my monster LED light that I used to think was the best, there was no comparison. I highly recommend it.

There are plenty of workliights available these days, but this one is the best that I've been able to find. The light output is really close to natural daylight, and the output is just right for any type of work. The charge feature is also handy. The only concern that I have is if I can leave it in the car with freezing temperatures. I don't know if the nimh batteries can sustain long periods of below freezing temperatures. Highly suggest this light

Lightweight but very powerful. It has both the area light and a spot light. Extremely handy for power outages. Its definitely worth the money.

Absolutely a must for power outages, working on a car, walking in the woods, having in the car in case of an emergency. This light is wonderful, the only drawback is everyone in our household wants to use it. My son wanted it for his dorm, but I bought it for the house. Guess i will have to order several more.It is worth every cent!!

Great value for the money. Very powerful as a lantern and magnets work well. Have used for a few months and the recharger seems good. Nice that your get both home and car charger.

I have only had this light for a few days, so i cannot attest to the longevity of this product. But I can say it is an excellent work light so far. VERY bright, and lightweight. Has a "smart" charging system, so it knows when to charge and when to shut off so you don't have to worry about frying the battery. You can leave the light plugged in all of the time. So far so good!!! I can say it does seem to be a quality light, and for the price you can't beat it.
