Mission: Our mission is to empower people to break their silence about their mental health challenge, so it does not rule their life. Doing this through education, awareness, opening up the conversation and connecting people to resources.

Target demographics: Break the stigma of Mental Health and bring light to the epidemic of Suicide

Direct beneficiaries per year: 87 students, 250 homeless, 1 terminally ill family, 450 children in Children’s Hospital. 289 teachers and participants in classes.

Geographic areas served: Colorado

Programs: Volunteer programs, Annual MHSA International Film Festival, educational classes for mental health, NLP Coaching and speaking events.
