1 Pro, 1 Con:The open speakers give good sound for calls or stereo music. But if you want real quality sound, use the ear buds. Make sure you pick the right size tip to get a good acoustic chamber in your ear canal. The highs are crisp and the base is solid. I have a pair of studio monitor headphones, and it's competitive with them.After about a year, the charging mechanism went 'wonky', indicating battery low right after a charge, or turning the charge light green as soon as the charger is plugged in. Others have reported similar issues. Repetition seems to be managing to charge it. But I bought 2 so I can keep one charged while I babysit the other. The oldest one is 'limping along'. So far that approach is working.

Speakers are awesome

This thing is amazing. I bought it because I was tired of asking my husband to lower the TV. Now he wears this thing around his neck, he hears perfectly with them and I'm next to him and I can hear through them and it's not too loud for me. So we are now both happy! The quality of the sound is incredible. I'm so happy with this.The pairing is really easy, the only thing is that the buttons are a bit tricky to use, as in, to remember which one does what, so he needs to take it off his neck to see what button to press to increase or decrease the sound or to make it so that the sounds come out of the hear buds instead of the speakers of the collar. But it probably just takes time to get used to it.It also works well with the phone as it amplifies the sound.What I haven't figured out yet is if the sound can come out of the tv and out of the neck speaker if there's more than the 2 of us.The only negative is that it seems to discharge quite rapidly, like works for 3 hrs or so. But it's ok, it is so good that it is worth having.

Quality sound, phone calls have a nice loud volume

I bought this for my father to use with the TV. He can now hear the TV so well and keep up with what is going on. He just loves it.

I like the ability to transition from Earbuds to Speakers, but neither has good sound quality that I have taken for granted (don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, but I'm used to better outputs). the only issue is the feedback it does when transitioning between the different modes (microphone picks up quite a bit). I have not been able to test the Call function, but i'll update the review when the time comes.

The headphones were fine at first but it made a strange beeping noise even after connecting and the volume on calls was very low even after turning it up as loud as possible I did keep them for about 4ish days to see if maybe they just needed to adjust but it still kept doing it maybe mine were just defective but apart from that the packaging was good and they arrived very quick

My wife and I were excited to hear about this product I bought two because was looking for something with retractable buds and also to wear around your neck reminded of the flex Bluetooth which they don't make anymore has great sound and clarity easy to connect only bad thing is mine and my wife didn't won't even turn even with the original charger still impressed with the product gonna see if I can get replacement should be warranty will keep updated

I have tried several styles of hearing aids, and have been uncomfortable with them all. I needed a solution. The thousands of dollar prices for hearing aids, was a price beyond my reach. I needed something different, at a lower price. Wow. this neck hearing amplifier exceeded my expectations! The horseshoe design may be something to get used to my others. The selling price is a bargain.

I don't usually leave reviews but just had to for this product. It's a life changer! Instead of asking my wife what they said watching tv I can hear everything crystal clear. I wish I could wear this all day to hear people when they talk. The best thing I love about this unit is I don't have to stick anything in my ears, it just sits on my shoulder. LOVE IT!

It works! I love the crisp, clear and surprisingly effective stereo surround sound. I've found myself turning my head to follow a sudden off-screen sound. Make sure to create your customized hearing profile in the app first, and then pair the two so the Proxy can download and accommodate your specific needs. It's simple to use, and it stays charged through a football game plus a basketball game plus a movie. It works as well as anything I have purchased in my life. The only negative comes if you need to charge the Proxy while you are using it. The mini USB port is on the inside at the lower right and the charging cable can be in the way of a perfectly comfortable fit. It connects easily to the Bluetooth on my Sony TV and has excellent range I can walk to the kitchen and keep listening. Please note that you can only pair one of them directly to the TV at any time. Their Bluetooth repeater with the antennas will handle two connected devices simultaneously.

I was going to purchase a big sound system but I'm great with this. My TV sound was not doing my any favors with my games. But I'm no audiophile and have no interest. This is a perfect medium. After a 15min adjustment I moved on.

Funciona ok, aunque batalle un poco para enlazarla a la computadora. Cuando estn conectados dos equipos al mismo tiempo tiende a desconectarse u conectarse automticamente, pero en general cumple su funcin.

This headset is definitely oversized like holy crap... But they are loud and work and the battery seems to have a long charge.... You won't be able to misplace these giant jollipys but definitely worth the money
