After months of researching, developing, and experimenting, we've created an amazing shampoo bar. This shampoo is very easy to lather up and wash. We think you'll be surprised at how easy a comb will run through your hair right out of the shower - with long hair, this is a must! Added Pro-Vitamin B5 gives hair extra nourishment and conditioning.
Many people have reports that this shampoo bar was the only thing that didn't make their skin break out. If you tend to be sensitive to commercial products, you owe it to yourself to give this a try.
This tallow comes from a 100% organic, grass-fed farm. This means no crates or cages were ever used to house the animals, animals were provided an enriched environment with outdoor access, plenty of pasture to roam, as well as cared for by the same family from birth until death. This tallow has not been bleached, deodorized, hydrogenated, or altered. The beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. It creates a rich, creamy lather, good conditioning, hardness, and longevity to your soap.
Soak your hair and rub the bar of soap into a lather either in your hand or on your head. Rinse soap out. Then rinse with a tiny bit of vinegar (any kind will do) in a cup or two of water. Either leave the vinegar water in, or rinse out. Find out what works best for you.
Troubleshooting for hard water:
Using commercial conditioner after shampoo wash will help with removing any residue and during transitioning. This tip helped me tremendously with transitioning, and now I'm no longer dependent on any commercial products.
1 Tablespoon vinegar (any kind will do) with 1-2 cups water will remove any possible build-up as well as lay the hair cuticle flat to make hair smoother and shinier. You may leave it in, or rinse it out; however, I have found that my hair is noticeably softer when I leave it in (it's going to seem weird at first, I know).

- If your hair is oily, you're using too much vinegar
- If your hair is tangled, you're not using enough vinegar
- Using an ionic and ceramic hair dryer helps lay the hair cuticle flat as well.
- Many have reported great success rinsing with rain water (or soft water, or distilled water). This is because soap residue forms when soap mixes with minerals. By removing the minerals and/or using rainwater, the soap residue has been eliminated.
