Sold all of my pneumatic nailers and moved to electric. This nailer is perfect for small to medium projects. Drives 2 brads well into hardwood. Battery lasts forever. Not super lightweight but that's to be expected because of the batter. Recommend.

Loved the ease of use of this product and wished I would have bought it a few years ago. I'm somewhat handy but don't work in the trades and this thing made some crown molding work I was doing run so smoothly. I had always put off getting a nailer because I incorrectly assumed I'd need to a pneumatic type and the batteries would be too weak. I was wrong. This thing easily drove 2.5 inch brads into 2x4s and through crown molding into drywall to a depth I could customize easily. I didn't need a prosumer or contractor grade tool since I knew I wouldn't be using it very often. Just something that can get you through most home projects. I have lent it out to a couple of friends and they have both been equally impressed with how easy it was to use.

So far I have no complaints. Super handy addition to my other Porter Cable cordless tools that I have had for years. Easy to use, good safety and works like a charm. I was very impressed about how long the battery lasts and still shoots nails completely in. Wish I had bought it sooner.I have had others tell me that they have to replace their lithium batteries every year or two from all brands of cordless tools including DeWalt and Milwaulkee. A TIP that I read years ago is to NEVER leave lithium batteries out in cold temps. I don't know if there is anything to that or not but I have always brought mine in the house in winter and so far have not lost one. Several of mine are eight years old and still working great....I better knock on wood, huh! Just thought I would share this tip because the batteries are so expensive. We are spoiled with cordless because they are so handy and they have us over a barrel.

I really wanted to like this thing. Overall it's pretty decent. It's a bit cumbersome. Takes a long time to charge. Good second and a half between trigger pull and shooting a nail. You have to point the gun towards your face to engage the safety. If you are a homeowner, sure, buy it. If not, this is not for you. Ultimately the final nail in the coffin (so to speak) was that the batteries are expensive and very low capacity. I did encounter a problem. Not sure if this is a common problem. The gun frequently would stop working. You have to flick the red lever, remove and reinstall the battery to resume. This would happen 2 or three times every 50 nails. Yep. Back she goes.

I actually bought for me to use in crafts but my husbands been using it and he loves it. I am a little afraid of power tools. Hoping to learn to use it myself.

This works well and is easy to use. It's not exactly light weight but it's easily managed. It's mostly plastic but doesn't feel cheap and seems to be well made. It makes short work of most projects and the fact that it is cordless makes it extremely convenient.My only complaint is that the shorter brad nails can get jammed. It doesn't happen all the time and unjamming it is straight forward but it's still an inconvenience when in the middle of a project. It doesn't seem to matter which brand of nails or the type of wood. I think it's more related to the design. I also wish it had a hardcase option. Still, it seems like a solid tool at a good price and I would buy it again.

Really upset that this nail gun didn't come with a case or carry bag. Spent 200 bucks on this and no case? Total BS in my opinion

It is a little heavier but is so worth it. It has a little trouble jamming with the smaller size nails. But I think the larger ones lay better inside the track! It's a really great tool!

Really happy with this product. Reliable, well made, convenient and easy to use. The one design flaw is that the on/off switch is on the trigger side of the handle. You have to turn the barrel toward your face to change the switch position. Used it to install baseboards and was very impressed.

I like this gun! ... works well. Only thing is ... I should have bought another battery ... but I can usually go all day on one charge .. just remember to put the battery on the charger at night.
