I like my tanks to fit snugly, and I'm glad I went with the medium! 5'9" 180# 44"c. Excellent coverage, armholes and neckline are still decent for non-gym activities, fabric is AWESOME, length is great for leaving untucked.

If you want a tank that will fit a bit tight and show off your muscular build get your usual size. If you want a looser more refreshing fit, get a size bigger than usual

Fits exactly the same as Better Wear Men's tank tops, but with slightly smaller shoulders, as it's sold as "unisex." Sizing seems true to male measurements, so women should order a size or two down. Slightly loose, though not baggy. Probably shrinks to a 10% more snug fit when washed/dried on warm or hot.

I was in need for some tanks tops to workout in and found these to be a frugal choice. I'm 5'11, 168 lbs with a 41" chest and a 28" waist and found the medium to fit me well without being overly baggy in the waist as other tanks I've previously purchased. The material is somewhat thin but not see-through, and it has held up well for the past couple of months. There is some slight shrinkage, and I would suggest those that are in-between sizes to size up.
