I got one of these sweatshirts from my company and loved it so much I went out and bought more. They're so soft on the inside and are perfect sleep shirts. I'm normally a medium and bought an XL because I wanted something oversized. I also don't love it when the neck area is too tight and the larger size was perfect. I don't notice any pilling, but the inside does get a little less soft after the first wash. It also appears to shrink just slightly. Would purchase again.

I am 5'11 6 ft 189 and took a shot on the large (in dark heather grey). It fit perfect. The neck is more tight and not wide and the fit seems slimmer and not as baggy. The arms are a little baggy but it does not really bother me and looks normal. I am going to try another color and hope that the sizing is the same across the board.

I expect this to fit oversized/longer. The picture to me looks like it fits longer and it is unisex but a small fit me pretty much like a women's small would have fit. So just size up if you want it to be longer and fit oversized.
