I use Bates boots and shoes all the time. They are very well made, every now and then some of the Chinese ones that they slap there name on are poor, but the company will stand behind their products. I bought this pair for my oldest son, he is very happy with them. They fit great.

This is the second pair of these boots I've bought they provide good support for a variety of activities, including riding motorcycles. The first pair held up well I expect this pair will also.

I use these for outdoor work. The ankle support is great and they are lightweight. So far so good as they are holding up to each use from mowing to cutting trees.

Did not notice but these boots don't have a pulling loop on the heel to help slip into more easily like my previous ones so ok so far

I think I bought my first pair in 2012. It's 2022 and the heels have started peeling away. Fixed with some shoe glue but time for another pair to allow for break in. Mostly just motorcycle riding. Not every day wear.I bought again.
