Item is NOT as described! Item is half the size with half the coins as is stated in the item description!!! NOW having stated that, the item seems to be sufficient for the price paid. BUT... DO NOT BUY THIS EXPECTING AN ADULTS HIP SCARF! It is large enough to fit on an adult, but it seems to be a scarf for a child.

I am a petite 5'2, the bottom fit great and was every bit as descrbed. The top's material is small and skimpy but I wore it over a shimmery purple body suit and it was fine. I wore this to an Arabian Night theme party and received many compliments.

I broke when it was put on. Grandpa had to repair it for part of a costume. Won't purchase again. Sorry for the rating but just can't give it a good rating when the parts were not totally joined together.

I used this during a performance. The ring got caught on my skirt and when I pulled my hand up the ring tore clean off of the bracelet.
