This was a great addition to my costume. Great material and I love how it jingles. I do want to mention that it is not as long around the waist as it shows in the product picture. I tie it on one side and it only mostly covers the other side. Worked fine for me . I have a 30waist.

Great little hip scarf! The coins jingle very well/easily when worn. To clarify- It is small because it is a HIP scarf, not a skirt. Perfect to go over leggings or shorts.
