i bought this as a gift for my friend and she totally love it!she's taking belly dance lessons x)

This item is well priced. When my daughter first put it on, it looked like there was basically one tier of streamers with attached coins. The two tiers are not tacked together in any way. Basically, you control how much the two tiers overlap by the way you fold over the top of the belt. This works okay, but this does shift with movement which ofcourse there is a lot of in Jumba dance class where many of these are worn. It would be nice if the belt was sown differently to display the full length, especially for those who have a slightly larger hip where a little more coverage would be nice. This item does take awhile to get, but other than these issues, it is beutiful and makes the cleas exercise even more fun.

This is very pretty and I love the reflection off of all the sequins! It's very fun and I love dancing in it!

This belly scarf will become one of your favorites as you dance or sway your hips! Feels well made. The only thing I would have changed would have been to ad a third row of "bangles" so as to make it a bit longer. Great purchase!

So I bought this hip scarf for my Halloween costume, I was a gypsy. I loved it! It's a lotta fun and it's not like cheap material :) I don't personally belly dance but it's really pretty! I would love to buy more colors and use it for costumes again :)

I ordered this skirt after I signed up for an Tech 1 Bellydance Class with two girlfriends. I love the colors offered, and the purple skirt I purchased is absolutely true to the colors in the photos shown.I just completed my 6 week course and lost NOT ONE coin or paillette the entire time, and believe me, we shimmied all over the studio!My only qualm about the skirt is that as a plus-size girl, I was stuck with the one-size fits most world of bellydance skirts. It basically covered my butt, and didn't cover all around my hips and waist like the smaller ladies in the class. I don't know if there are plus-size coin skirts offered anywhere, but I was perfectly happy with mine for my class. If anything, I wish I'd also ordered the rainbow paillette skirt too!

I love this scarf; the quality seems good and it is pretty with lots of noisy coins, but it is too small for me. It doesn't wrap all the way to tie, and it is very short on my behind. I wear a size 14 right now, and it just is too small for my proportion.

This skirt is SO pretty! I love all the mix of colors on it, I just wish that it had one more layer of sequins on it so it would hang down a little further. I wear it when I teach Zumba.

I have fairly wide hips and there was a sizeable gap between the coins when I tied it on my upper hips. Other than that, for the price it was just what I needed for a Christmas performance.
