Love this hip scarf/ fringe skirt! I have it in black and red and use them for burlesque performances. The fringe is great quality, easily untangles, and the stretchy sequins is flattering on even my 44 in hips!

This is way more beautiful in person.I am 5'10, the legth hits me at my knees when sitting at my hips. I wear a L/XL normally or a 12/14 and this comfortably stretched to accommodate my hips. I do believe it would also fit a larger person and a much smaller because of the stretchy material.I wore it under a short flapper dress to lengthen it, and it was comfortable all evening, it has a lot of natural movement.I also wore it on top of a skirt. So lovely!

The hip scarf is a very pretty blue-green sequined like a lake water. Fringe alone is about 22 inches in length and the sequined is about 4 inches in length. The waistline is smaller than they said it was. The one they sent me was 22 inches. And it does not stretch to 43 inches like they said it will. I do not think you can get it to stretch to 38 inches. However, it did come in four days later then they said it will be here. But it very pretty.

cant take it off. The only thing I must mention is be careful when you sit, you might put unnecessary tension on the fringes, and ruin your scarf. I love that does not jingle, but is still fabulous when you start to dance in it. You have my vote
