Extremely poor customer service. They provide absolutely no viable shipping or tracking information. I ordered this jacket late Saturday night as well as 3 pairs of shoes and boots from amazon.. I received tracking info on my shoes and boots Sunday afternoon from amazon and they were delivered today As promised 12/07. Open tip can only confirmed that they immediately sucked the money out of my account and that my order is "processing" ... whatever that means! Terrible service
