many veggie broths have too much salt, not this one. the overall flavor profile is mild, no one vegetable sticks out.

During certain times of the year we go through these quickly, most grocery stores don't carry them and if they do its only the small sizes. Great for large soups, quick dinners, or to stir into a mug of hot water when you're feeling ill.

It is simply the BEST! There is no comparison. In addition to using it to enhance soups and stews, I use the beef and vegetable as a rub on chicken and beef.

I'm terminal and LOW sodium is a must, and I make LOTS of soups plus ALL my meals from scratch/farm to table!! As per my health condition, and I'm thankful for a product with LOW sodium Organic for a 350 mg. Sodium level!! :)

add umami to nonveg and veg dishes! wonderful flavor, not too salty like the regular version..It will add salt so dont salt until dish is done.
