I'm terminal and LOW sodium is a must, and I make LOTS of soups plus ALL my meals from scratch/farm to table!! As per my health condition, and I'm thankful for a product with LOW sodium Organic for a 350 mg. Sodium level!! :)

add umami to nonveg and veg dishes! wonderful flavor, not too salty like the regular version..It will add salt so dont salt until dish is done.

The name of this product says it all, BETTER THAN BOUILLON, says it all. I used a granular vegetarian bouillon for years and thought it was a good product. It became harder and harder to find and then I discovered this thick tasty vegetable paste and now it's all I'll purchase, 2 at a time. It literally makes all foods taste better, whether you're making a stock or not. Top quality! My stock of choice!
