I was surprised how versatile this base is. It makes a wonderful vegetable broth and adds depth of flavor to any soup or sauce, even meat based. I suggest adding a little at first and tasting. It is concentrated enough to overpower subtle flavors.

Love the flavor, using something healthy, and healthier for the world--as it creates less packaging waste. It's a little bit of a pain to whisk it into liquid form, but not a big deal.

High sodium. Immediately after opening the jar, and smelled the contents I knew that I wouldn't/couldn't bring myself to using this product, unreasonable amount of salt for my taste buds.

Good but very high in salt content so once you use this don't add spices with salt especially for those with high BP air is risky .

Works well as soup base and to add to cooking and making gravy, for being Reduced Sodium, still pretty salty
