Mission: Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people.

Founded in 1914, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri aims to provide a mentor for every child who wants and needs one. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri matches children ages 5-17 with mentors in professionally supported one-to-one relationships. We currently provide services to children and families in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Cape Girardeau County and Scott County.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1942, and donations are tax-deductible.
