Some reviews here mentioned it's impossible to use the black screws to adjust the height. I found on mine they were installed the wrong way. The side of the screw with the allen key hole was on the bottom instead of the top, i backed each out and put them in the right way and then i could adjust the height on them. Hope this helps.Also, don't remove the nubs all the way, sneak up on them so you get a tight fit.

Overall the insert worked well and fit my Craftsman saw, however the leveling adjustments are near impossible to adjust. Thankfully they are close enough but the supplied allen wrench was way too big and I can't fit a smaller one into the leveling screws due to hole clearance (blocked).

Had to a little fitting which is not an issue as far as I am concerned. Adjust flush with set screws very easily. Had a small issue with getting the blade to start as it was right against the throat plate and wanted to stall. Otherwise no issues and very happen with it. Will probably order more to set up different dados. Beats the wood ones I was making.

My insert arrived with the leveling crews installed upside down. Took me a minute to figure that out and reverse them. Also, the design should include two more leveling screws near the middle of the insert's length because the middle of the insert is slightly lower than the two ends with screws. I intend to add those myself. Otherwise, a very good product.
