Ever have those drill bits with impossibly small or non-existent size stamps? These plates made it very easy for me to quickly identify all of my loose drill bits that I had forgotten to put back in the original containers!

Good tolerances with the diameter of the holes and thick enough that they can be tossed in a tool chest and not worry about them getting bent.
