Needed a spare after I used my current spare for a repair on my 10 year old machine. Kudos to Bissell for taking care of their customers. The same can't be said of some of their competitors; so when I finally have to replace the machine; it will be with another Bissell product.

The belt broke within an hour of using it. The last belt I bought from the same site lasted me a year this one an hour. Only because I have to clean a house I'm moving out of had I ordered two belts just now otherwise I would trash the product.
