If you have animals, kids, or just spill things often you need to purchase this little device. it definitely works and comes with some sample cleaning solution which is nice. My dog was using the bathroom on the new carpet and I was able to easily clean the mess up without retaining the urine smell. Side note: I did purchase the cleaner with oxy that is formulated for urine. The cleaner it comes with is better for spot stains. However, this device is great and easy to clean and store!

This is a huge game changer. Great for hitting spill spots from little kids. Good for accidents from pets. Very easy to use. It removes spots/stains that other products couldn't get. This is not for cleaning your whole carpet but is great for spots up to 3'x3', any bigger than that you should probably get an actual carpet cleaner. The only downside is I wish the inside of the head was a little easier to clean.

I was looking for a small carpet cleaner to use after pet messes and this does the trick! I feel much better about the cleanliness of my carpet after using this machine. I would buy it again!

Updated from a previous review - I figured out the problem that was causing mine to leak. The plastic tube came loose from the cap on the water reservoir, so water was leaking out of the small air hole. Once I popped it back in, everything worked great!

Works well (see before after photos). My 4 year old's chair is usually a little worse for wear after dinner and this machine helped lift most of those stains. I'd say about 95 of the stains came up after the first pass, so overall it's doing a pretty good job.

I read a few reviews that speak of this Bissell leaking but I honestly have not seen that with mine. I bought this to clean up my dogs urine from my ottoman and it worked wonders. I was not expecting for the stain to come off completely, but as I kept going over the spot a few times, it cleared up. I've managed to remove old stains on my mattress from spills and menstrual accidents. So that tells you more than enough.

Great for cleaning stairs and couches. We have the upright carpet cleaner for the rest of the house, and this little one is perfect for the rest. It's definitely worth the money.

This worked so well on year old stains on our microfiber couch! I'm so impressed! We have a puppy who has had a few accidents on our couch and this got those plus old stains out and our couch looks good as new!! And the treatment smells great! Super happy!
