Updated from a previous review - I figured out the problem that was causing mine to leak. The plastic tube came loose from the cap on the water reservoir, so water was leaking out of the small air hole. Once I popped it back in, everything worked great!

Works well (see before after photos). My 4 year old's chair is usually a little worse for wear after dinner and this machine helped lift most of those stains. I'd say about 95 of the stains came up after the first pass, so overall it's doing a pretty good job.

Cleans carpet and couches like brand new will highly recommend to anybody

Great for cleaning stairs and couches. We have the upright carpet cleaner for the rest of the house, and this little one is perfect for the rest. It's definitely worth the money.

I love it it does the job ground in dirt on my carpet and it took it out and the pet spots are gone .

I needed this for my cat who takes revenge by peeing in one spot when she's mad at me. I've been cleaning that spot manually but couldn't get the smell out. This little machine did the trick... the dirty water was really dark and left the rug clean. Only complaint is that I wish the brush attachment was a bit wider than it is and the suction was just a bit more. However, it did do what I expected, so I'm happy.

I read a few reviews that speak of this Bissell leaking but I honestly have not seen that with mine. I bought this to clean up my dogs urine from my ottoman and it worked wonders. I was not expecting for the stain to come off completely, but as I kept going over the spot a few times, it cleared up. I've managed to remove old stains on my mattress from spills and menstrual accidents. So that tells you more than enough.

This is the best little cleaning machine! I have only used it once, but I love it. It is easy to use and clean afterwards as well as getting the carpet clean where I used it.

It does a very good job cleaning but the water holders leak whenever the machine is even slightly moved.

This worked so well on year old stains on our microfiber couch! I'm so impressed! We have a puppy who has had a few accidents on our couch and this got those plus old stains out and our couch looks good as new!! And the treatment smells great! Super happy!

This little thing can clean!I have a little people that made big messes on my beautiful light gray dining chairs. I know I know, silly me for getting light colored furniture when I have a little kids.What you see in the before photo is 4 years worth of various food stains that I attempted to spot clean them. You can also see the yellowish stains on top of the chair back, apparently little people like to use that to wipe their hands instead of using a napkin. For a long time I thought I have to live with these and just throw the chairs away one day. But not anymore! This little machine is small, portable, and can roll with me to get through all the nooks and crannies. I have the Bissell carpet cleaner with the upholstery attachment, but that isn't as good. This thing is efficient, and doesn't go through the water as quickly. So that means less water changing. The best part about it is that I can take this with me upstairs and clean mattresses.In one of the pictures you can see the dirty water coming out from my dining room chairs. That's 4 years worth of food stain! How satisfying is that!Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is great for families with kids and pets. Over the years, I have purchased one for each of multiple residences, among other carpet cleaners. We take one with us on road trips and boat cruises.I have replaced parts as needed, but only rarely. Parts are readily available. It is easily a DIY unit. At this rate, it may last forever.Twenty years ago, it was a fraction of the current price. I have given these as gifts. Very much appreciated every time.

I thought I was going to have to throw out my couch after one of my cats became incontinent toward the end of her life. I tried everything I could to clean the smell from the cushions with very little success. I tried this as a last resort and it actually worked! Not only is the smell gone, the couch is nice and clean too. I added a small amount of enzyme cleaner meant for pet stains along with the provided detergent.This is an easy to use gadget that doesn't take up much storage space.

First, the good (what little there is): the overall packaging is nice and easy to carry. The hose and cord stow away nicely. The clean water/soap tank is clearly marked with fill lines.Now the rest:The brush attachment (pictured) is impossible to fully clean and collects disgusting stuff in its corners.The suction power is pathetic, and you'll be scrubbing for a long time after spraying to get all the dirty water out.The wastewater tank empties through an open hole in the top, and I've accidentally spilled it twice as a result. (The clean water tank fills from the bottom; the wastewater goes into the bottom of its tank but it's emptied from the top).It's better than using a rag, but still very time consuming and never really fully cleans things.

Was not as powerful as I thought it would be, but regardless, it got the job done. For only $100, I can clean my car, carpets, rugs, couch, etc. Totally worth the money!!

I dont put reviews normally but this is beyond perfect i have 3 pets and my rug gets dirty every three weeks so i have to call the cleaner and he charges me 150$ something but this is a steal deal. It take little extra time but worth doing it.
