My wife loves it. It's great for the sofa, the kitchen chair seats, and the car. Money well spent.

This doesn't heat the water, you have to heat it yourself before adding it to the machine. You might as well buy a cheap shop vac and use a normal spray bottle. I regret buying this, particularly since shop vacs are so much cheaper.

This machine works great on everything. From carpet, sofas, mattresses. The main key it to make sure you're use the detergent for the handheld devices and not the larger vacuum style machines. 2nd use hot water, the hottest your faucet can get. I did a presoak them went back, but you have to go back and forth while releasing the chemical and give it some elbow grease. It's not going to work all perfect like the commercials with fresh spilled stains. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!! I attached a before and after of my main entrance. I have little slips by the door to place shoes, but that carpet area still gets dirty especially when it rains. This did the trick in about 20 mins

Very easy to use and clean with. My kids take it out and clean up any mess from the carpet they can. Suction is good. If tough stains apply a stain remover and rub let it set and then use the machine to dry.

it needs a longer pole too connect too suction so do not have too bend down too clean carpet it is hard too do now suggestions

Wasn't sure how well this was going to work but man did it do the job, my sofa looks brand new after 3 little kiddos have spilt so much. Love bissell and small and easy to store.

We had one cushion on our couch that the dogs loved to lay on, I've spilled baby formula on, etc. I had it covered with a blanket for a year after numerous cleaners left rings after cleaning and failed to remove the stains. It literally blows my mind the before and after that this LGM gave us. It's so embarrassing how bad it was but holy cow look how clean it is now.

We just got a puppy and she peed on our new rug. We ordered this unit and it came the next day. It took out the stain and looks like new again. We will update if we have any problems with it down the road but I cannot foresee that being likely because this unit seems to be well made.

The one big design flaw is that the clean tank does leak. I used some plumbers tape and it helped.

It works great! I mainly use it to clean my car and my carpet when my dog has its accidents . Don't really have any complaints. It easy to set up , easy to use and easy to put away

I would say that this machine is mostly perfect. There are some things that definitely need to be changed about it in order to be a hundred percent there. While I think that it cleans very well there is an issue with being able to clean the tanks easily and the little nozzle easy.Because the nozzle or scrub brush at the top has parts that you cannot open hair gets caught in it and it's just there dried and you can't get it out on the sides. The same goes with the tank it's hard to clean out things from the tank because you can't get your hand in there to scrub it and you're just hoping that if you switch the water around enough it will get out itself.But other than that I really enjoy the product. The cleaning power is on point. I've cleaned my couch multiple times because I have a kid and three cats and has turned out really well each time. I've also assisted in the cleaning of my sister's bed and the before and after pictures are stunning. I do think that this product really works at what it's good at which is cleaning upholstery and fabric, I just wish it was easier to clean itself.

I don't have a ton of heavy dirty spots. Just the occasional cat vomit spots and a fabric couch I like cleaning every so often. A full shampooer seemed like overkill, but I was tired of just spray cleaner and paper towel, so this little dude seemed perfect and Bissell hasn't steered me wrong yet (have their pet pro vacuum and I love it). It's a cute design and took very little to set up and get started. I do wish the suction power was a little more, but I have nothing to compare to, so I feel like overall it did very well when I did a pass across my couch.One tank was more than enough for a full pass across 3 big seat cushions and a chaise cushion.

The Little Green by Bissell works better than I expected. I ordered it the evening I brought home the new pup (all 30 pounds of her). We're almost done with house training, and my carpet has clean spots all over it. The big Bissell will come out soon to do the whole thing. The apartment doesn't smell like a kennel, which tells me it's doing a thorough job. Granted, I do a thorough job, but the suction on this machine is impressive, leaving the spot pretty dry, even if I saturate it well with cleaning solution. Haven't had to use it much in the past week, but the 4-5 weeks before saw heavy use. We'd be in misery if we'd relied on just stopping up the spots. A godsend.

I love, love, LOVE this little green guy! I borrowed one from a coworker to clean pet stains off of a living room rug and it worked so well I bought one of my own. I cleaned the fabric seats in my vehicle and the difference is amazing. I had spilled vinaigrette salad dressing on the dark gray back seat while transporting it to a dinner. I sprinkled baking soda on it in an attempt to absorb the oil but it left a whitish patch that I couldn't get out. Until this guy; you can't even tell where it happened and is perfectly clean. It's great for rugs, auto upholstery, sofas, pretty much anything that can't go in a washing machine or be dry cleaned. It's easy to use and clean and small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of storage space.

Great suction for such a small unit. I'm very impressed with the overall cleaning power. Wish the hose was a bit longer. Would recommend for small spots, not large cleaning projects.
