I was a little doubtful when I pulled this out of the box. It's about the size of a small microwave. I have an almost 18 year old dog who is starting to have accidents in the house, which is why I bought this. I put it together (took about 60 seconds), added the cleaner it came with, and water to the suggested line and honesty, I was not expecting the results. This machine got everything up. My carpet is just about back to original condition and smells amazing. It takes a minute to really figure out how to use the brush extension for what you need but once you do - wow. And I don't know who needs to hear this, but it also got the spill of pizza sauce off of my sofa.

I bought it to deep clean my car seats! And it works like a charm! But I tested it on my carpets at home and the suction is pretty good,”. Beware if it get full with dirty water it can leak. That started happening after 3 weeks of me using it.

This little machine is amazing! I had months old stains that I couldn’t get out (ahem, thanks, dogs), but after scrubbing with this, they vanished! There was only one it didn’t completely remove, but it’s faded enough that maybe my landlord will give me my pet deposit back

So impressed with this product. I had remnants of two large coffee stains on our off white, cloth couch that had been driving me bonkers. Our couch is going on 3 years and looks brand new now thanks to the bissell! I also used this to clean our tufted headboard (which didn’t have stains but has collected some dust) and it looks great too!

Our friend had one and used it almost every day for over 10 years and it's still going strong!!! We boughtit to clean furniture and works great. Very handy because of it's small size!!!

We purchased this to clean up small spills on our area rugs and furniture and to clean the upholstery and carpets in our vehicles. Works great!

It won't let me upload a photo for some reason..... but let me tell you. Nevermind the old stain which at this point is at least 3 years old. I tried other methods and it did okay but didn't really get it up. The little green got it. And the red bristles did bleed a smidge. BUT the filth and dirt that this thing got up..... needless to say, I have to do the whole couch now. And I'm excited to.

I didn't need a heavy duty machine just one for light jobs. I don't own a pet nor do I have carpeted stairs. I found it did a very good job on my upholstered furniture and was very easy to use. I am satisfied with this machine.

I wish I purchased this a long time ago. My daughter spilled paint on the carpet and I was able to get it all out with this. It does not work well on old stains, but works great on new ones.

I bought this little green machine about 3 months ago because I’d heard great reviews. I haven’t had to use it until I spilled my morning coffee on my rug today. I was impressed at how quickly it got rid of the stain but most importantly I feel like it did a very good job of getting the last drop of the liquid. I will say there’s still a lingering coffee smell even after I vacuumed the area for a good 15 mins so hopefully that will go away soon. In summary I’m so glad I bought this when I did! It is a great addition to any household!

I absolutely love this little machine. It does have a little leakage problem with the clean water side. But it doesn’t bother me. It does exactly what I needed to do. Which is deep clean. I put stain cleaner on the spots I wanted to clean and let them sit for 10 mins. Then sprayed with formula given with machine and my 8 month old stains came out!!! Absolutely love it!!

I bought this to deep clean our couch after our cat peed on it and it cleaned it out so well! The suction works great and the cat pee smell was gone after a couple of times of passes.
