We have 2 cats and unfortunately, even on high quality food, we have times where they throw up food or hair balls. Previous was cleaning by carpet cleaner spray and sponges. This takes up less time and really cleans. Only complaint is the brush handle, wish the plastic cover would come off to clean. Rinsing it does help but it’s not completely clean.

Easier to use than I originally thought it would be. It’s very portable and actually kinda fun! Life is messy get this to help clean up !

Everything worked great except when I put my machine away for storage it was leaking the cleaning solution that was left in the tank. I researched the questions on the product and it said it was ok to store it with the cleaning solution still in the tank. After investing more time than I wanted to I discovered there was a loose narrow tube in the tank. It had become disconnected from the lid. That caused the leak. Hope this helps someone experiencing the same thing. I was happy with everything else and didn't want to send it back but I was close.

Only had it for a month and used a handful of times and it is already leaking!!! Reaching out to customer service so we will see what they say. Will update!

I was recommended by many to get this little green machine and i am soooo glad I did. We have a toddler and as you know the amount of accidents and spills we’ve had on our beige couch was starting to become super noticeable. My husband and I wanted something that would get the job done but wouldnt hurt our pockets lol. We had a giant stain on our couch and 2 grease spots that would not come out of our couch for the life of us and this little machine took them out!!! The solution that comes with it smells AMAZING as well!! We are obsessed. 10/10 for sure.
