This shirt works perfect for my fast paced job in fast food. It looks and fits nice, easy to wipe spills off because of the material. It isn't as hot as others. I would definitely buy this again. I bought a medium but would probably get a large next time.

I was traveling and had only packed long sleeves, but the convention center was HOT! Ordered this and prayed for the best. To my surprise it fit perfectly, was breathable and now i want it in every color!!

I really like the shirt and may be ordering it again. However, if you have to tuck the shirt, definitely order of size up. It did shrink in my dryer and I always dry things on low heat.

The sizing was a little smaller than I would have liked.I'm a size 12 so if you are looking for looser fit maybe size up.

This shirt runs VERY small. Doesn't fit, but I missed the return window, so now I'm stuck with it. Doesn't really look like it's a women's garment.

Following the sizing chart, this shirt fits as expected. The shirt has a silkier texture, rather than a cotton twill-like texture. My only qualm is that the outline of my bra shows, since the shirt is a little on the thin side and also because of the type of material it is. I'm not sure how to test to see if it provides sun protection, like advertised. Overall it's a good buy, however you may want to wear it with an undershirt if you are wearing it in a professional manner.

I wanted to get a few polo shirts to wear for work, and this one is very nice. It's flattering and doesn't snag compared some others breathable shirts I've owned like this. I already bought another one in a different color.

Great shirt, and perfect fit. I saw friends wearing matching ones for a golf tournament and they loved it. Reviewers were correct, it's a bit long, but I'm okay with that. I ordered white but next up will be some colors.
