My son wears a medium in Columbia but this style runs big. He needs a small in this style. The seam on this fit is looser and at a diagonal at the shoulder and not as fitted as the other styles of Columbia shirts.

I ordered this shirt b/c I needed protection for my arms from the intense Florida sun. I ordered a size XL Tall and the sleeves are a tad long (1 inch) a little baggy everywhere else, but it's meant to be a loose fitting shirt it's comfortable. I'm 6'2 235 lbs. and I also later ordered a size Large Tall shirt as I think that should not be a problem as I'm right on the border between the two sizes I know my weight will drop some this summer. It's almost impossible to avoid getting too much sun in Florida when it rises at 6:00 am sets at 8:30 pm during the peak of the summer months. I walk my dog several times a day so my sun exposure adds up so I'm glad I finally bought this type of shirt. What I really like is it's nice light so it doesn't constrict you or weigh you down. A little expensive but it's not like I wear a lot of different clothes in Florida so I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of this shirt.4-16-22 Update-I received the second shirt I ordered, but this one is a Blue Shirt with White lettering. This shirt is a size Large Tall and it fits perfectly on my 6'2 235 lb. body. It's only slightly smaller than the XL Tall shirt so I'll wear both as the XL isn't uncomfortably large, but the Large Tall fits just right. It's a nice looking long sleeve shirt that is very comfortable to wear.

My husband has super fair skin and burns regardless of sunscreen coverage. These make it so that he doesn't have to wear sunscreen and he NEVER burns. We swear by these, even for hours of intense heat and sun. They are lightweight, breathable and comfortable.

After the first use and wash the threading started coming off from the bottom. I'm not a seamstress so fixing it was not an option. Too far outside of return window so it'll have to do

I like this shirt. This company is cool enough to make shirts in plus sizes. I mean, come on who do the other companies think are reeling in these massive fish? It's us big fellas. Now that be issued the sleeve on my reeling arm came unraveled. I've noticed that on a couple of these shirts I've bought in this style but when you are casting into other counties and ripping lips like an apprentice at a tattoo and body piercing parlor the way I am, you expect that type of thing. So I can't knock it. Love the shirt.

Sized down per other comments and it fits nicely. Love the summery colors that flatters a tan. 6'3 195 lbs purchased XL. Didn't want shirt too tight. Fabric flows nicely, so no undershirt required. Will definitely purchase again.

I have three of these shirts. They are comfortable and fit very well.

Wore this while kayaking in the fall. it was just right for 60's weather and being on the water. as well provides sun protection.

Waited weeks for it to arrive and when it did it was falling apart. The cheap academy brand shirts are higher quality than this was.
