I am usually L/XL in this brand except this one feels tighter i think because of the thicker fabric

The mesh design makes it extra stretchy which may be a good thing but not if you're between sizes. Having to return it.

Material is breathable but moderate thickness, not super lightweight like the thin wire mesh style trucker hats. Front is solid material, back half is mesh. Durable structure, holds its shape.

Snug fit but better than adjusting caps. I still cannot find the correct model. I have an old FlexFit that fits so well, but they’ve probably changed production techniques. Nonetheless this cap is amazing.
