Like creme brulee? This little thing will brulee your creme in a heartbeat! It's an ideal little torch that runs on butane.

the only issue i have is the lower end of the gas flow doesnt work as well as the name brand power probe one so it does take some getting used to, but for half the price, i would buy another one of these all day

This is exactly the same as my power probe just no decal. My old power probe the igniter finally stopped working after years of abuse but we just use a lighter to light.

I bought mine 10 years ago, and use for a variety of projects. Not my most frequent tool but used a few times a month at minimum. Early on I used this continuously for sealing paracord ends. I use it more now for shrink tubing on audio, automotive, and electronic projects. Still working great. Was definitely money well spent.

I bought this way back in 2013 (for kitchen use) and it has never failed to perform. Couldn't be better, really.

This torch is the exact same as my Power Probe torch. I had my power probe for roughly 6 years and it finally went out. I think it's missing the tip. I went ahead and ordered this one and as you can see from the photos it's exactly the same. All the adapters from the kit work with one. I'm happy with it. I'll update my review in the future.

I bought this for one reason - outdoor fire pit ignition. It's windy out there and the cheap pistol trigger grill lighters never work right even with the lightest breeze! Not this... the mother of all lighters. I don't even need lighter fluid most of the time... just turn on this blast furnace torch and hold it steady for 30 seconds. I burn brush and cardboard and this makes that sometimes frustrating lighting job fun! Strong metal construction... great design... good flexible flame length options.

I use these for soldering jewelry. I go through these a lot and always have two as back up all the time. Over time they lose pressure and don't do the job right. It's affordable and pays for itself.

I have a more expensive Blazer torch and like this one better. It is very powerful for a small toach and stays on without having to hold a trigger in. Love it.

This torch is excellent in every way except the igniter works about half the time. I have to use an external flame source often. Once it's lit it works fine.
