This is my first Blazer touched opened. I must say I can see what the hype is about. Honestly I have another touch by BLINKS. I would put this torch against any Blazer as long as you leave it alone lol

This is a great torch. I use it to solder jewelry pieces. I use it on silver, brass and even copper! It is more heavy duty than my last torch (not heavy, just works better). I recommended it to my fellow students in my jewelry class. It has an adjustable flame, and can easily be refilled with propane. You won’t regret buying this torch!

i held off on writing this review as longevity was my only want out of a torch and i this torch has fulfilled my exceptions and then some . it has lasted 7 years of everyday constant use and abuse and works exactly the same as it did the day i got it. and i dont foresee any reason this torch wouldnt last a life time. dont hesitate as not only is this the best flame and ignition on the torch market its also a super well made product that will last you for a very very longtime.

I recommend any Blazer GT 8000 over any other torch. they work better. They're easy to use. They don't have a whole bunch of safety lever's or junk on them. You can also customize them to your liking..

Highest quality metals materials used from Japan I believe, best flame (jet) for fastest, and built to last forever. I should have bought another one, instead of a cheap one. Just expensive now to when I bought.

I've used this torch for 7 years now. Dropped this baddie to the bottom of a river while kayaking, pull it out and it lights right up. Only burnt 100 people/objects by accident with the tip cause that baby gets hotttttt. HIGHly recommend.

I have dropped this thing good at least 10 times, ive had it for about 2 years, and she still works like new. really great torch, definitely good quality. would recommend.

This is a great torch. great build quality and a huge solid flame. the only issue I have with it is the flame is not very adjustable. it's pretty much all or none which for my use I need a adjustable flame but it is a very good product

It does need a few maintenance procedures as it ages, but it still works. The refueling valve needs to be soaked in alcohol periodically when it won't accept a long refill, and the valve doesn't reseat itself naturally after refueling so pushing the tip of the valve a few times with your fingernail is necessary. And the nozzle needs to be cleaned with a Qtip when the flame seems to be losing velocity.
