I'm thrilled with this cocoa! As soon as I got it, I crossed my fingers, opened the bag and took a tentative sniff. Worth it! The scent is rich and earthy, that of a supercharged cocoa powder. It's by far the most concentrated chocolate scented cocoa I've ever had, and I'm loving this.Then I made a quick keto mug cake with it. I used only a tablespoon, but for this big mug cake I should've used two. Still, the flavor was indeed rich and intriguing, comparable indeed to Oreos as another review says. Truth be told even without the full punch of flavor I will instill in my mug cake next time, this was the best true chocolate keto mug cake I've ever had. It was a deep, tempting, mysterious black color, too... like black velvet in a cup.I didn't take a photo because I was too busy enjoying it.I can never go back to other cocoa types again. I'm making keto hot chocolate for myself with it tomorrow. I can't wait to use this for some Halloween, holiday and Valentine's Day baked treats too!Update:I couldn't wait to try it in hot cocoa form. This was divinity in a cup and I'm in love. I near boiled a cup of water, then added half a tablespoon of the cocoa, then a few drops of real vanilla extract and some Jordan's Skinny Syrup, the plain simple syrup and mixed it all up. Yum!!!It's very thin, but the flavor is perfect and there's only a whole 1 1/2 grams of carbs total with no sugar. I can't have much dairy, sugar, carbs or chemicals because I'm incredibly sensitive to them all, but to have this drink is perfect for me and maybe others with similar concerns. It'll be perfect too around my period because I have PMS anemia, and this cocoa is especially high in Iron per serving.This is black gold, guys.

I have used it to make black buttercream frosting and it jus gives a chocolaty brown colour, nothing more than that, even after adding the black gel colour, it didn't change to the desired black..

This has excellent flavor and color. I've made cookies and cake with it. Both turned out excellent. It's way less money than the other black cocoas too.

This has changed the way I make chocolate baked goods. I can't believe I only recently found out about it. I decided to substitute half the cocoa powder required for a cake with this and it's subtle but amazing. There is a richness, complexity and depth in my cake that was incredible. Definitely turned the batter black. Used it in the frosting too. People at work were blown away. This seller was the best price. It's now a staple in my pantry.

I'd been intrigued after recently learning about the existence of black cocoa and I finally decided to buy some. I went with this brand, and I've gotta say, the Bittersweet Black Cookies I made with it were mind-bogglingly fantastic. I'm impressed.

We discovered that black cocoa is the secret ingredient to turn any chocolate baked good into an oreo-inspirer delight. Originally bought in order to make Oreo knock-offa specifically, I have now created other delightfully rich chocolate cookies, cakes, and a chocolate cream pie for the fourth that was definitely well-received by the crowd.

Great for all baking. Give a deeper richer flavor.

I used this in gelato and it was as close to black as it could get. Deep rich flavor in the gelato. There is a noticeable difference between this and regular cocoa powder.
