Tried it for the first time as chocolate frosting on yellow cake and it makes the best chocolate frosting. I didn't use a lot so the icing came out a bit grey instead of the traditional brown but it tastes better than regular cocoa based chocolate frosting

If making frosting with this cocoa be sure to make it ahead of time. The black color and the flavor improve while it sits for a day or two. The great thing about making black frosting with black cocoa is that it does not turn your teeth black like frosting made with food coloring

I made homemade oreo cookies for the first time using this cocoa. It turned out amazing. Very dark and jarring at first but trust the process.

This tastes great, gives ninja creami icecreams and protein shakes a deeper, rich chocolate flavor I wasn't getting from regular dark Cocoa powders. No bitterness or weird aftertaste, blends smoothly. I will buy it again!

I never knew about black cocoa powder until watching a show on the food channel. I made a LOT of CHOCOLATE cookies at Christmas and used it in my chocolate pound verses the other “special dark” cocoa powder. The flavor is so much richer than “regular” cocoa. I have ordered 3 bags, so that in itself is an endorsement.

This Cocoa got the job done! Added it to my buttercream and let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. My icing cake out velvety, rich and black! And the best part is it doesn't stain! Definitely will buy again!

If you are looking for cocoa with the look and flavor of an Oreo biscuit, look no further! This cocoa is every bit as black and decadently flavorful as it appears to be. I bought some to bake a chocolate cherry sourdough and am more than thrilled with the results. I will definitely be keeping this on hand for special recipes that demand the best in flavor and appearance. Highly recommend!

My little sis wanted to try this and it was a success. Hee cupcakes looked amazing. The black cocoa butter really helped enhance the color and flavor of the chocolate cupcakes as the black fondant.

If you love dark chocolate this is the powder for you. I used the powder to make the chocolate frosting portion of my son's Mickey mouse cake so he would have black ears and I wouldn't have to use a ton of food dye. I only used this powder for about 1/3 of what the recipe called for and used regular cocoa for the rest and it still came out black and was delicious.
