Pictured is this black cocoa next to regular cocoa powder before I stir it into milk for hot chocolate.So far, I've made hot chocolate, brownies, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, chocolate icing, and a chocolate trifle with this. I use 50 of this cocoa, and 50 ghiradelli cocoa powder for the cocoa powder in each recipe. I love how dark it makes my recipes! I love the taste and will continue experimenting with it! It makes me want to order more cocoas online and see what else is out there.This cocoa has a saltier flavor than others, so I reduced the salt a little in recipes I use it in.
