I haven't found a good way to use this quite yet. I have made brownies and they have came out decent, however, the flavor is pungent. I guess that's expected considering it is dark cocoa.

Made wonderful black/white Oreo-inspired keto cream cheese chaffles for a Halloween party. No one could believe they were flour-less and sugarless! Its a little grittier that most cocoa powders and takes a little longer to incorporate into the batter than regular dark cocoa powder but the flavor is unmistakable.

Love the flavor and color this cocoa provides!! Docking one star because the 'resealable' packaging doesn't actually reseal and cocoa powder gets all over everything. Would be better in a more traditional cardboard tube.

Heard about this on tiktok and as a baker I love to make black frosting for cakes but always have that bitter taste. This makes it black without the bitterness but hardens up the icing to the point where it's hard to pipe if it's not hot.

Lo use para obtener un color negro en betn. Y me salio perfecto el color. Aunque batalle para quitar el sabor tan fuerte de cacao que tiene. Al final agregue crema de batir y me quedo sabor a oreo. Tengan cuidado con agregar demas. Muy buen producto.

It’s not the darkest cocoa in my opinion, and came very clumpy but it works I guess, definitely has a darker chocolate smell and flavor

I replace a portion of baking cocoa with the black to add depth to the chocolate flavor in brownies and fudge sauce. Cheaper than other brand I tried and works just as well.
