Again I find myself buying this black cocoa powder. I first got it to make a Brooklyn Blackout Cake. It turned out so delicious that the cake was eaten in 36 hours and I did try to share. Everyone was just late and I was so delighted. This cocoa gives me a nice buzz I'm pretty sure. I tried freezing a couple of slices but I couldn't resist. I've made mug cakes with this, frosting, and I plan to try more recipes with it. The taste, texture, versatility, and price are all on point. This is so tasty! It kinda does make me feel a little happier after I eat some.

You don't have to worry about this one not having the true black Coco flavor like an Oreo. This makes the most fantastic Whoopie pies they have a recipe on their website.

I use Modern Mountain black cocoa powder to produce chocolate cakes and cookies for my small business! Best product ever.i am a at home hobby baker and achieving black icing is very difficult to do .this product was very easy and helped me achieve the perfect black color I needed for my icing.and it tasted great

I have not used black cocoa before and I was worried it would have a bitter taste and it doesn't. I used this in a family chocolate cake recipe that I have been baking for decades and it really stepped it up. Very happy with this cocoa and will purchase again.

Arrived today, made WICKEDLY DARK cookies with 100 Hawaiian Kona cold brew coffee, semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 the recommended amount of sugar (because we all know most recipes ask for too much when you only need half). OMG Yummy dark almost black cookies, no dyes, no stains.

So thankful that this was suggested to me to make a black (not gray, not dark brown) buttercream frosting that didn't taste funny or leave your tongue black. It worked like a charm and tasted delicious!

There is no negative comments toward this product. I normally use cacao powder in my smoothies was happy to find dark chocolate.

I have made cookies, brownies, and fudge with this cocoa. It's a little messy because it is so black, but worth it. My husband loves everything I've made. So nice to make Halloween cookies without food coloring! The flavor is very rich. The fudge is heavenly. This is my second batch. I will definitely buy again.

Love the darkness of the chocolate! It has an amazing flavor. If you use this in red velvet cookies it will take a lot of color to get them that 'red velvet' color
