I'm going to use this right now to make Claire Saffitz' flourless chocolate cake and then Bon Appetit's brown butter chocolate chip cookies this weekend. I got a bag of this chocolate last year and it lasted me about 6 months baking once a week at least.

The package arrived completely intact and the chocolate was not melted at all! However, the seller was worried about melting and put a notice inside the package notifying that if the chocolate had melted during transit, I would be able to get a full refund no questions asked! I find that super!The chocolate tastes great, the melt is awesome. It does not taste like cheap chocolate that I buy at the groceries store.10/10 I would buy again.

this chocolate has great flovor and once you get the whole tempering down.....wow york eat your heart out!!!!! and then theres turtles and soo much more. will be getting another bag! and to get that snap..yep !! a digital thermometer is very helpful.

Beautiful chocolate, smooth melting and deep, rich flavor.Also wonderful customer service! My order got misrouted by USPS to Guam and then seemly disappeared. Cacaoholic answered my inquiry promptly and sent out a replacement immediately!

Made a Ganesh with equal amount of chocolate chips and heavy cream and put it in between the layers as well as on the top and around the cake. Best cake we have ever eaten. Just make sure you use 100 cocoa powder when you bake the cake. This was well worth the money.

Excellent quality! Great for tempering. Last time I ordered, the chocolate arrived a bit melted. (Despite the company's warning label not to leave the package outside in the heat, the delivery company did just that.) I contacted the company and they were willing to exchange for a new bag but it didn't end up being necessary. After putting it in the freezer the chocolate was totally fine. (I of course did not leave it in there for too long.)

The chocolate tastes amazing and is well worth the price but what really impressed me was that it went through Texas and Arizona on its way to california...in July and didnt end up a brick. In fact, the cold packs were still very cold when delivered and there appears to be no melting at all.

EXCELLENT This product is excellent. The taste is wonderful, it melts easily and can be used for almost any recipe which calls for chocolate. But the most amazing thing is that I ordered it in July and I live in Texas. I was sure it would arrive melted but they packaged it in such a way that it arrived intact, perfect! If I could give them more than five stars I would.

I bought these to use on occasion for the quality of the chocolate. They are costly compared to regular chocolate chips, but I wanted them for special recipes. I use them sparingly so they will last. They would be a great addition to trail mixes in cooler weather. They have a rich flavor.

I've reviewed this chocolate before but I've always purchased the 11 pound block. This is my first time purchasing the pellets. Same great chocolate. Just so much easier to melt for mousse or ganache. This is the only chocolate I will use for all my baking recipies. Callebaut for the win!

Editing to add, this chocolate is ridiculously yummy! Been leaving bag on island so hubby and I can snake pieces out of the bag to munch on as we pass through the kitchen. Will be ordering the milk and white chips next time around.I was super nervous ordering these after I read the reviews. I had accidentally ordered semi sweet instead of milk chocolate and after seeing the reviews thought they would arrive melted or bag busted open.It was mailed priority mail and USPS did a GREAT job banging up and denting the box, but the chips were wrapped in silver bubble wrap with a ice pack that was pretty much melted and got the box wet, but not one chip was melted and the bag was completely intact.So happy for the great packing done on this! I'll definitely order again.Also the semi sweet is absolutely delicious and if I want milk chocolate, I'll fold some white chocolate chips in. These chips melt beautifully and very quickly. Can't wait to see how they set.

It's already mid 80s here, so I was nervous! Package arrived in great condition, chocolate not melted at all. Chocolate tastes amazing, my first time buying, and I will absolutely buy again! I was concerned it would be close to expiration date, not at all, a couple years out. Delicious, highly recommend!!

This chocolate is by far the best I have used and tasted. It's great for anything, baking, candies, dipping, granache etc. The quality is excellent, the taste is luscious, easy to melt and temper. The packaging is fantastic with easy close and open, temperature for tempering is on the bag. Plus the price is fantastic for the quality you are getting. I won't buy another brand of chocolate again.
