This is very good chocolate -the bag was bigger than I thought that was a pleasant surprise! I'm new to tempering, but I can say when I get it right, this chocolate was perfect with a nice snap. The flavor is superior to any other chocolate I've tried.

I always buy callebaut chocolates they are the best! I live in Florida and this is the only package I've received with chocolate that hasn't been melted at all!

I love Callebaut chocolate and this is the second 2.5 kg bag I've ordered in the past three months. However this package came with a giant rip in the back of the bag which is extremely disappointing.
