Arrived with a slit down the front of the bag, it was not from opening because it was on the opposite side. Everything seems to be okay inside I was just a little shocked that something would be in this flimsy of packaging

I bought this chocolate to make Hot chocolate bombs. I followed the recipe exactly.The first time I made a hot chocolate using the bomb I saw some chocolate left overs at the bottom of the cup. I thought maybe my milk was too hot. Then I tried again. The same thing. I gave it out as Christmas presents to several friends and they all told me that the chocolate did not melt correctly. But yet I read so much before I made the bombs and everything was pointing on using this chocolate. Anyone else has had that happened? Thank you for your time

This chocolate is sooooo creamy and delicious and it melts like a dream. I am not a crafty person, so for me to say that this chocolate melts like magic, is indeed a relief and a compliment. My grandchildren and I wanted to make chocolate bark as homemade gifts for the holidays and we were so thrilled to have our chocolate melt beautifully, smooth as silk. We were able to add our toppings and refrigerate the bark for a short time util firm. The bark broke easily for assembling on our decorative plates and we were all thrilled at how professional and delicious our project looked.

I made coffee, maple, and mint truffles. They were great. This chocolate is not extra dark. It melted easily.

I use this chocolate for preparation of truffles. The tempering is consistent and the viscosity of the chocolate makes it easy to pour it into molds for filling. It is important to control the temperature accurately but then the results are very consistent.

Fell in love with Belgium chocolates after a visit there a few years ago. I have made numerous types of candy with the nibs. I learned how to make Belgium hot chocolate at a little bar in the back of an alley in Ghent. My wife says I have mastered it and is the best cup of hot chocolate she has ever had.

This came in on time and not melted nor any clumps of melted chocolate. Love the taste of these, won't use/buy any other brand of couverture chocolate.

I've bought these for the past few years. I use these chocolates for truffles, cookies, cakes, and more. Tempering them I also make chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels, etc and it turns out delicious. Love them!

I always order this chocolate during the holidays to make a variety of filled chocolates for Christmas. My family loves it! It works great in candy molds and we enjoy snacking on it too. I don't work with chocolate very often so there was a bit of a learning curve on getting it tempered correctly, but its a breeze now. I've never had a problem with quality, I've always ordered from FSN and been very pleased.
